How do I use my domain name with Acorn Host? |
The company that you registered your domain with should have sent you some login information for you to administer your domain. Login to your domain administration control panel and look for something that says “Change DNS Nameservers” or “Use your own Nameservers”. You will want to delete whatever is there and replace it with the nameserver values that were sent to you in your welcome email. They will look something like this:
nsX.acornhost.com
nsY.acornhost.com
where X and Y are numbers.
After 2-5 hours (although it sometimes takes longer), your domain should resolve to the Acorn Host servers and if you have uploaded your website files already, your website should show up. |
